A community coffee shop opened in 2022 in Walton, New York that focuses on providing the Catskills community with a 3rd wave coffee experience, a full service artisanal bakery along with local, sustainable, authentic farm to fork comfort foods. Molto Molto is a platform for transferring food service skills to local young people and to serve as a stage for local culinary talent.

A mindfully curated, absolutely stunning private space; first built in 1750 by the founders of Walton NY, upstairs @ DOOG immerses our guests in the pages of the American past and small town hospitality. This hidden attic space which was originally a tailor’s workshop, was intentionally frozen in time, restored to its original state as a nod to the history of the structure. A absolutely unique dining experience unlike any.
